Reservations:
It is easy and convenient to make a reservation.

Simply browse the calendar on this page, 'click' on your desired vacant arrival and departure date and complete the form. We will then contact you to confirm your details.

Alternatively, you can either call us direct on 0417 275 113 or email us and provide your name and address, contact telephone numbers, preferred dates and number in your party.

All bookings are tentative and confirmation of the reservation will only be made on receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment of the balance is due at least one week prior to your booking.
Payment can be made by cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express. We also accept payment by direct debit from your account.

Cancellations:
The deposit is only refundable in circumstances where the notice of cancellation is given more than 30 days prior to booking, or where we were able to replace the booking with less than 30 days’ notice.

Elsewhere Retreat is the epitome of privacy. As such, we recognise the importance of our guests' privacy and so guarantee that any information we collect from our guests is only for the purpose of contacting you about your stay or improving our service offering. Any information is used only by us and is not sold or otherwise provided to any third party.
